01 Supporting the chronically homeless
Our Day Center offers hot meals, showers, laundry, help obtaining IDs and documents, minor medical care, and mail service, while weekly Street Outreach teams build relationships with people living on the streets and deliver essentials.
02 Preventing homelessness
From Streets to Stability provides emergency shelter and case management for families with children, moving them from crisis to stability, while our scholarship program funds Lone Star College certificate and FastTrack programs for those in need.
03 Serving homeless teens
The Fill-a-Bin program discreetly places food and supplies in CFISD school counselors' offices; the Upward Progress program covers class fees and extracurricular costs, encouraging homeless and underprivileged students to stay in school.
04 Helping housed families in need
Our Food Pantry provides both fresh and nonperishable foods for hungry people; Ready to Work assists with employment needs; Hands of Hope delivers groceries to those with mobility or transportation barriers; and seasonal programs supply backpacks and school supplies, holiday meals, cold weather gear, and toys for Christmas.
